  • 1 pound Pork loin
  • 1 cup Dried apples
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the pork loin. Cook for 30 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Stir in milk to form a batter.
  4. Remove the pork loin from the pot and place it in a baking dish. Pour the batter over the pork loin.
  5. Arrange the dried apples around the pork loin.
  6. Dot the top with butter.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
