Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.

Add bell pepper, zucchini, and carrot. Cook until vegetables are tender.

Stir in canned tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, corn, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
